lululemon x Saul Nash

Spring 2025 | Summer 2025 | Fall 2025 Spring 2026 | Summer 2026

My team was in a multi-year creative partnership with London-based designer Saul Nash, working to develop a collaborative sub-label for lululemon: SLNSH. Drawing upon Saul’s background as a dancer and choreographer, the line played with codes of sportswear, fluidity of movement, and the lululemon brand identity through riffing on signature styles, seam lines, and the logo itself. I worked closely with Saul to translate his design vision into high-performance, intricately crafted collections that blurred the boundaries between fashion and activewear. Developing intricately crafted custom textiles – through jacquards, prints, sweater knits, and engineered seamless pieces – was a key focus throughout the collaboration.

Selected pieces from the first collection were integrated into the Saul Nash Fall 2025 runway show at Men’s Fashion Week in Milan.

For Summer 2025, the collection celebrated the joys of moving outdoors in warm weather through vibrant hues and a variety of different mesh fabrics that capture the sensation of air.

In Fall 2025, the inspiration was the urban environment as the days grow shorter and colder – evenings spent going for runs in the city and warm layers for a cozy commute home. Key ideas included reflectivity, thermal layers, and a sharper, more tailored edge to the silhouettes.

We picked things back up in SP26 with a collection inspired by the renewal and fresh energy that Spring brings, reflected in the subdued neutral palette accented with pops of vibrant green. We developed a new artwork motif for 2026 – an expressive, abstract depiction of movement originally created from photographs of Saul dancing.

Our final collection was an ode to hazy summer days spent outdoors at the beach. The print techniques were designed to evoke the effects of sunlight, with our hero print rendered in lenticular-inspired sheer layers, and cotton jersey and terry styles printed to create the appearance of sun fading .

Selected pieces were featured at Saul’s Spring 2027 runway show in Milan.
